The service

Gymmy is online software published by StakeLab Pte. Ltd.: a dashboard for owners and coaches (schedule, programming, members, payments) and an assistant for members. Features may change; we will warn you before removing anything significant.

Free trial

You can start free with 10 members and one week of programming, no card needed. Coaches and admins are always free. When the trial ends, you choose a paid plan or stop.

Subscription and pricing

The price depends on your gym's number of active members, by tier, as shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe. Each additional location is billed under the terms shown on that page.

The subscription is monthly, paid in advance by card through Stripe. If your member count moves to another tier, the new price applies from the next period. Prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes are added.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; partial periods are not refunded. You can export your data before then, and for 30 days afterwards on request.

We may suspend or close an account for persistent non-payment or use that breaks these terms, after warning you, except in an emergency.

Your data and your members' data

Your data stays yours. For your members' data, you are the controller and Gymmy acts as your processor under the GDPR, as described in the privacy policy. You agree to inform your members and to have a legal basis for the data you enter.

Facebook and Instagram

If you link a Facebook Page to Gymmy, you confirm you are an admin of it and have the right to process the leads from its ads. Meta's terms for lead ads, including informing people, still apply to you. You can disconnect the Page at any time in Settings, Website.

Fair use

No illegal use, no attempts to access other gyms' data, no reselling the service without written agreement. Keep your credentials private.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Gymmy available and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid over the last 12 months. The Gymmy assistant's answers are generated automatically: double-check anything important.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change significantly, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead. French law governs these terms for customers based in France. If we disagree, we first look for an amicable solution: write to [email protected].
